“Was it All Real” is a memory of my second to last day during my Fastest Known Time hike on the Colorado Trail in 2021. I had less than 100 miles to go and the beginning of the day was beautiful near Stony Pass. The end of the day and night brought intense lighting storms that challenged me more than my tired body. My memory of this day is a bit abstract but at times I was the happiest and most content I had been and at other points the saddest and most terrified. I love getting to re-experience moments like these through painting.

The original painting is 16” X 20” painted with watercolor and ink on Arches paper.

PRINT DETAILS:

- This is an archival print of my original painting created by a local print shop in Colorado.
- Each print is hand signed on the front

- Prints come in a protective sleeve with a recycled backing
- prints are currently made-to-order. Please allow about 2 weeks for these to ship!

SIZE:

- Paper is larger than the listed size, as there is a ~1" white border around the actual image to enable easier matting.
- Image itself is shrunk down ~1/4" from size listed to expose signature line when matted or framed in the corresponding standard sized mat/frame.

SHIPPING:

Shipped flat USPS Priority Mail for smaller prints. Larger prints will be ROLLED and packaged in a shipping tube.
