“Wonderfully Grand” is inspired by adventures on the Arizona Trail and an 18 day river trip through the Grand Canyon. I thought a lot about the connection between the mountains around Aspen and the river water miles away. This painting features two important and beautiful landscapes vital to the health of the Colorado River.

This piece is currently framed in a natural wood frame.
