“Ashcroft Field Study 1” is a plein air ( 100% outside onsite) piece that was created one day in July along the edge of Castle Creek. It is a wonderful space that is full of inspiration and one of my favorite views. I tried to capture the movement of snow melting and flowing off the mountains.
